I’ve been hacking at various business ideas since I was 16. I’m a full stack developer and love crafting user experiences. I’ve been nose deep in code since I put the legos down, and built several successful businesses in the process. I’ve lost some hair, gained some experience and throughly enjoyed the journey.

Arrange Your Forms and Fields

We’ve added a form builder so you can re-arrange most of the system forms according to the inputs that are most important to you. If you’ll never use a certain field, like address or social media, simply remove it, and it will never be seen again. With our form builder, you can:

  • Rearrange fields
  • Hide fields
  • Add custom fields
  • Utilize contacts, companies, cases, and deals

Custom Sales Processes

You can change most of the system labels for items like contact status, stage, referral source, etc., to reflect the options relevant to you.

Custom Fields

You can create the exact types of forms you need in order for your business to operate optimally, whether you need a short form for quick data input or longer forms to capture more information.  We give you the ability to add custom text, select box, date, currency, and checkbox fields to your forms – depending on what’s important to your business.

Customization

We believe in allowing you to make karmaCRM your CRM instead of ours. Our system is designed to wrap quite nicely around your sales and business processes, instead of us forcing you to change yours. This principle lies at the core of every design and development decision we make.

With Deep Integrations, Get the Best of Both Worlds

Because our focus is CRM, we’d rather partner up with all the other products you use and love instead of compete with them. We understand that you may want to use Mailchimp for email, karma for sales, and Zendesk for support.
To simplify your team’s day, we’ll connect the dots within karma through integrations and 2-way syncing to streamline things. This allows you to leverage the full power of these 3rd party tools for what they do really well (like Mailchimp’s newsletter builder), while keeping the rest of the daily workflow within karmaCRM.

Built for Grandmas and Techies Alike

Our system is simple enough to use, that your grandmother can easily manage her bridge connections, but powerful enough that a savvy marketer has all the tools he needs run and automate his business.

Spend More Time With Your Customers, Not Your CRM

Our system is designed to minimize clicks, perform actions in bulk, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure no one slips through the cracks, so you can focus most of your energy and time on growing your business.

Small Business Soul

No matter how big we grow, no matter how many features we add, our product will remain simple, clean and unintimidating. Using a minimalist-focused interface, intelligent design, and well-crafted features, we’re committed to never turning into the super-complex, scare-your-children monster CRM platform.

Your Language, Your System

KarmaCRM is deliberately designed to wrap around your business processes instead of the other way around. The more the language, features, and organization of your CRM system reflect what you and your team are used to, the more comfortable and productive you’ll be. Every addition, customization, and design decision we make is centered around allowing you to make this system truly your own.

Meet Shirley Robinson!

Many of you have had the pleasure of working with our very own Shirley Robinson, from our  Customer Support team.  Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Shirley joined the karma team in July of 2012 and has been instrumental in the development of many internal projects.  In her own words, “Figuring out and solving a problem – if there is a problem that seems impossible, I can’t stop with it.  It will annoy me beyond belief until it is solved.”  This outlook is a big reason why her customer service skills are second to none!

Prior to joining karma, Shirley worked for the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department in Research and Development, as well as at Milwaukee Auto Auction (part of Cox Enterprise) as their IT person.   When she’s not at work, Shirley can be found watching true crime stories on TV, playing games, on the computer checking Facebook or learning something new, or playing with her cats, Spot and Stormy.

Another of Shirley’s hobbies is reading.  “If it has words, I read it.  For example, when taking a shower, I read the shampoo bottle!”  She also enjoys a good, cheesy horror movie from time to time as well as Mel Brooks movies.

A self-described picky eater, Shirley’s favorite cuisine is American Southern.  She also enjoys Rocky Road ice cream (or Edy’s Smores), and curiously enough, her favorite candy at the moment is Altoids.

As someone who knows the karma program inside and out, Shirley welcomes all of your support-related questions and is always more than happy to provide solutions where needed.

Please take a moment to say hi to Shirley!
