Terms of Service

By using karmaCRM or any services of “karma Software”, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

KarmaCRM reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.

Account

You may not share your login details with multiple people.

Accounts may only be used by humans. Bots are not permitted.

Payments, Refunds, and Changing Your Subscription

Credit cards are only required for paying accounts. Free accounts do not require credit card information.

If you upgrade your account from the “Always Free” plan to any paid account, your trial will be ended and you will be immediately charged for the first month of service.

Downgrading your account may result in the loss of content, features, and/or capacity. We do not accept liability for any such loss.

If you initially sign up for a paid account, you will be provided a 30-day trial starting from the day you sign up. If you do not cancel your account, you will be charged after the 30th day. If you cancel your account before the 30-day trial expires, then you will not be charged.

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, your provided credit card will automatically be charged the new rate at the start of the next billing cycle.

Your account is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or partial credits for cancellation or change of service in the middle of a billing period.

Account Cancellation

You will be responsible to notify the support team to cancel your account. You can email them at support@karmacrm.com

All of your data within your account will be removed immediately upon cancellation. This is permanent and cannot be recovered.

You are free to cancel your account at any time during your billing cycle, but no refunds or credits will be applied. Your cancellation is effective immediately and you will not be charged again

API

KarmaCRM is not liable for any damage or loss of profit resulting from the use of the API.

Abuse of the API may result in your API access being suspended. KarmaCRM reserves the right to use its sole discretion to determine what qualifies as “Abuse”. KarmaCRM will attempt to contact the account holder via email before the account is suspended.
