How does the 14-day free trial work?
All accounts come with a 14-day free trial. For paying accounts, if you choose to cancel your account with 14 days, you will not be charged anything. If you choose to cancel beyond the 14 days, you will not be billed again but will not receive any refunds for charges already incurred.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. To see your options, simply click “Account, Upgrades & Billing” within your “Settings” menu.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. The trial is 100% free. You get all the features, and no credit card required for the first month.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. karmaCRM is a monthly service and there are no long-term contracts or commitments required. You simply pay month-to-month.
What types of payment will you accept?
We will be accepting Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. At this time, we will not be accepting payments via invoices, Paypal, or over the phone.
What browsers work with karmaCRM?
Internet Explorer 10+, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.
Do I get a 14-day free trial if I upgrade?
No. Once you upgrade, your new karmaCRM subscription begins. However, karmaCRM is a monthly service and there are no long-term contracts or commitments required. So you simply pay month-to-month and can cancel at any time.
