How does the 30-day free trial work?All accounts come with a 30 day free trial. For paying accounts, if you choose to cancel your account with 30 days, you will not be charged anything. If you choose to cancel beyond the 30 days, you will not be billed again but will not receive any refunds for charges already incurred. Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?Anytime you upgrade from a free account to a paying one, it ends your free trial. This 30 day trial only applies if you signup for a paying plan now. You can always decide to downgrade your account to the "Always Free" plan later. Can I change plans at any time?Yes. To see your options, simply click “Account, Upgrades & Billing” within your "Account & Settings" menu. Is my data secure?Our hardware is protected with Biometric authentication, key card access and 24/7 video surveillance. Our software and hardware is updated regularly with the latest security patches. |
Do I have to sign a long term contract?No. KarmaCRM is a monthly service and there are no long term contracts or commitments required. You simply pay month-to-month. Are there per-user fees?No. The prices listed above are all inclusive. This means if you signup for the professional plan at $49 / a month, you will only pay $49 per month whether you have 2 users or 15. What types of payment will you accept?We will be accepting Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. At this time we will not be accepting payments via invoices, Paypal or over the phone.
