09/24 – Service Outage Updates

Over the past two days, we’ve experienced higher than normal load on our servers and as a result there have been some outages over the past few days. Our sys-admin team is working around the clock to ensure the right changes are made to keep your CRM service fast and consistent, as you’ve come to expect from us.

We’ll be diving into this issue in more detail over the weekend during off peak hours, and appreaciate your patience while we bring this to a close. Either way it doesn’t excuse the downtime and we sincerly apologize for the trouble. Going forward, we’ll be tuning our server configuration to provide better scaling and handling of higer volumes so you can keep on growing your business!
