Integrating a Wufoo Form

Wufoo-logo
Wufoo is an awesome hosted form solution that allows you to create simple, beautiful yet very functional forms. These forms are hosted on their servers and can be embedded in your website as a contact form, or linked to directly from their website.

We've made it easy for you to connect these forms with karmacrm. What this means is that if you have a Wufoo powered contact form that generates leads, you can have those leads automatically created in karmaCRM when the form is submitted.

1. Create the Integration on KarmaCRM

As an admin, browse to "Settings >> Integrations" and click New Integration. Select "Wufoo" as your provider and enter a name or label for the form.

Once your integration is created, you'll be presented with an webhook URL. Copy this URL down, as you'll need it in the next step.

2. Add the notification to your Wufoo form

Login to Wufoo, find the form you want to integrate and click the Notifications link. If you haven't created one yet this guide will help you get started.

Wufoo-3

Find "to Another Application" and select "Webhooks" from the select menu. Then click "Add Integration".

Wufoo-5

In the next form, paste in the webhook URL from KarmaCRM, and make sure the checkbox that says "Include Field and Form Structures" is checked. You can leave the handshake field blank. Then click Save

Wufoo-6

If you've used standard fields such as "Name", "Phone", and "Address" fields, then your setup might be complete. Karma tries to auto-match your form to save you some work. Otherwise head to step 3

3. Match the Wufoo columns with your karmaCRM columns

You'll need a submission from the form, so go ahead and submit a test, then head back to the integrations section of karmaCRM (Settings >> Integrations).

Click the name of the form you're setting up, and you'll be presented with a screen asking you to match the columns.

Wufoo-8

Match the Wufoo field and sample data with your karmaCRM fields, and you're form is ready to receive submissions!
