I messed up my import, how can I redo it?

If you imported contacts, click the contacts tab and scroll down looking in the right sidebar for the section labeled "recent imports". You can view details about the import by clicking on any of the imports eg "2 leads imported". You can also redo the import easily by clicking the red "redo" link located to the right of the link.

What is SSL and how can it help keep my data secure?

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remains private.

You can enable SSL for all transactions on your Karma account by clicking the settings tab in the right of your browser and then turning SSL on. Keep in mind that enabling SSL will slow the connection but also make it more secure.

How do I remove notes or emails?

Within the history list, find the note or email that you'd like to remove. When you hover over the record, you will see a menu appear with "File this", edit and delete icons. Click the delete icon and confirm that you want to remove the note. That's all there is to it
