Adding a Calendar

You can find the Add a Calendar button at the lower right of the main Calendar page.

Choose a title and color for your calendar. If you want it to be visible to everyone in your organization, check the box under Share Calendar? After you’ve filled in the information select the Create button.

Your calendar will now appear at the middle right of the main Calendar page.

Importing Your Calendar From Google

Importing your calendar will allow you to have the capability for full 2-way syncing of events. If you create an event on a Google calendar in Karma it will be created on Google, and vice versa. You can find the Import Google Calendars button at the lower right of the main Calendar page.

Enter your Google email and Google password and then select the Import button.

Once you have imported your calendar the events will be imported in the background. It may take a few minutes for you to see the events.

Deleting a Calendar

To delete the calendar select the arrow of the calendar you wish to delete at the middle right of the main Calendar page.

Choose Delete this Calendar option.

Your calendar should now be deleted.

What is a Task Calendar?

The Tasks Calendar is a list of your tasks that have due dates. You can complete it right inline within the calendar.
