To access the Calendar settings, click "My Info" located in the bottom right of your window. From there click Calendar Settings in the right sidebar.
Calendar settings allow you to decide whether you’d like your default view to be monthly, weekly, or daily. You can also choose which day of the week you’d like your calendar to begin and if you want the calendar to show weekends or be full screen. Once you have made your selections, click the Update button at the bottom of the screen.
The default view of your calendar is by Month. However, if you want to make sure your calendar view is by month, select the Month button at the top right of the main calendar screen.
This view allows you to see all the appointments on your calendar for the entire month. It will shade the current day of the week peach.
In the weekly view the current day of the week will be shaded peach. This view allows you to see your week broken into hours. This is a helpful view if you have several meetings and appointments and need to see which times they occur.
When adding a new calendar to KarmaCRM, you have the option of sharing the calendar with your whole organization. This will allow employees to view your calendar. This is not an option when importing a Google calendar. All you need to do is select the Share Calendar checkbox and then click the Create button.
If you have imported a Google calendar you will have the option of determining the Google calendar refresh rate. This means you can select how frequently the KarmaCRM will check the Google calendar for updates and apply them to your calendar. You can access this feature by selecting the arrow to the left of your calendar on the right hand side.
